Our client is looking for an Application Operations Engineer, based in Munich. The main task is to operate the Insurance Analytical Platform (IAP) infrastructure with its underlying components.
Main responsibilities:
- Monitor of the health of the platform (Web App and other Azure components)
- Implementation and update of monitoring and alerting
- Keep all components up and running
- Handle incidents and service requests
- Error analysis and handling in the context of Incident and Problem management
- Source Control Management: Creation and update of relevant documentation -Automation of reoccurring tasks -Manage, develop and maintain the AKS infrastructure
- If needed, develop monitoring solutions and alerting systems
- Conduct vulnerability tests on the libraries and images used in the Applications (Jfrog, WhiteSource)
- Handle incidents based on priority
- Azure DevOps (project management, source control management [Git, pull requests, branching], build/release pipelines)
Knowledge of:
- Azure (Automation, App Registrations, Permissions Handling, Resources, Monitoring, etc.)
- Azure App Service o Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines, Project Management, Source Control Management, Build/Release Management, Testing, Security, Automation, etc.).
- Azure Machine Learning
- Azure Search
- Azure SQL o Cosmos DB (eg, maintenance)
- DVC (specifically for data versioning)
- Elastic Search
- Git
- Grafana
- JFrog Artifactory
- Kibana
- Kubernetes
- Linux (WSL)
- MLflow
- Power BI
