or one of our Düsseldorf-based clients we’re looking for a freelance Market Research Analyst (f/m)
Project description:
The project aims to answer relevant e-commerce business questions on the basis of shopper insights (buying behavior, likeability and understanding of client's content) in order to develop the e-commerce business
Task Description:
Analysis and summary of the business requirements from global e-commerce, local e-commerce, global market research, international marketing within 2 workshops per week, which the contractor organizes independently. For this purpose, all relevant information is made available in advance.

Independent initiation, control and implementation of qualitative and quantitative market research studies on our Self Service Market Research (MR) platform Userzoom
Selection of suitable methods, independent selection of questionnaires, programming and evaluation of the data in Excel and PowerPoint.
Development of new research approaches in coordination with the Userzoom expert team (external) in relation to the previously defined conditions
Analysis of the market research data obtained in Excel
Interpretation, processing and presentation of the results, including instructions and recommendations in PowerPoint, which are presented to the local and global e-commerce teams in the Laundy & HomeCare division. The client will validate and approve the results.
2 online trainings / workshops by the client’s employees (market research in Laundry & HomeCare) in the use of the Userzoom tool, which the contractor organizes, coordinates and moderates independently. For this purpose, training materials are created that the client has previously validated and approved.

Skills:
English must have, 2nd language preferred (one of the more common ones, like French or Spanish),
Degree Master of Science must have in economics and/or market research
Previous professional experience in a company market research department or an market research institute
Around 2-3 years of professional experience in this area and at least 1 year in an intercultural project.
Ideally experience in FMCH area.
Tools: Self Service Market Research Tool (Must have) and Userzoom (N2H).
Good communication skills and a structured work approach
Strong excel and PPT expertise to be able to present the results of the research properly and sufficient
