Dear all,
for our client in Munich (Germany) we are seeking an Ivalua Administrator (m/f/d).
Requirements:
Responsible for the introduction of IT systems and tools in the area of sourcing, especially in the area of source-to-goods receipt under the aspects of standardization and harmonization of technical and functional processes
Development of the workflows in Source to Pay system (Ivalua) and the respective documentation in respect to the newly re-organized Sourcing HUB for all the Territory entities
Responsible for the smooth and trouble-free operation of all IT systems and tools in the area of responsibility, including continuous troubleshooting and daily user support (Central Administrator)
Responsible for the updating and continuous improvement of the IT system and tool landscape in accordance with the given strategy and in close coordination with the global strategies
Implementation of standardized and ad hoc system reports
Responsible for the creation of system-related documentation, process descriptions (workflows) and training documents
Establishment of a Control Plan for the workflows in and around Ivalua (eg Control of roles and rights with regard to internal guidelines, "Segregation of Duties" etc.)
