Job Description

Key Responsibility (Result) Areas
? Analyze and translate existing requirement documentation
? Clarify and document functional requirements with various stakeholders
? Support development teams by collecting necessary information and resolving obstacles
? Support functional decisions by creating required documentation and presentations
? Support project reporting and identify trends and improvement opportunities, highlighting proposed action plans to project management
? Prepare and support program level meetings
? Train and coach project members in relation to methodologies, delivery processes and best practices supporting consistent delivery improvement

Required Skills
Experience
• Working in global teams across language barriers
• Effective communication with and positive influencing of project stakeholders
• Roll out and living agile concepts
• Preferably, experience working within Deutsche Bank and coordination offshore resources

Competencies

- Excellent command of written/verbal business English & German
- Excellent MS OneNote, PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Skilled in using JIRA for agile teams
- Scrum Master skills optional
