Are you an expert in Clinical Trial Supplies Management? Then you are the right person for this project!We are searching a Freelance Clinical Supplies Manger/Specialist for one of our multinational Pharmaceutical Client in Germany:
Your responsibilities
- Plans, establishes, manages, monitors activities related to trial supplies management, to support the clinical and pre-clinical drug development process, in cooperation with internal and external customers and partners in compliance with multinational regulations as well as internal procedures and GxP requirements.
- Access IRT system to monitor supplies
- Support with the process of supplies
- Take over the manual order process and the manual process to sites
- Attend and report back on certain meetings that have conflicting timelines
- Signature on external documents
- Take over tasks tcompleted by the CSM
- Set-up of using the supply optimization
- Maintain the list for QA and QP release
- Attendt in vendor weekly meetings
- Set-up/ maintenance of the external supply chain projects
Your Background
- Education: Degree in scientific or relevant discipline
- Languages: Fluent English (oral and written) required; fluent in German desirable
- 3 - 5 years experience in Clinical Supply Operations
- Organization and planning skills
- Communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to strategically plan, organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrates track record of creativity and problem solving in projects.
- Demonstrates working knowledge of clinical supply systems and specialized tools including IVRS/ IRT.
- Knowledge of development activities and processes.
- Project management skills.
Startdate: June/July
6 month Contract with option for extension
