Main tasks:
- Leading the Transition & Transformation streams for the global program
- Coordinating the global towers during the transition & transformation time
- Check and approve the deliverables out of this transition & transformation plan
- Reporting of the status to the Senior Management
- End to end responsibility for the rollout of the transition & transformation of these countries
- Roadmap and Milestone Tracking
- Risk and Issue Management
- Quality Assurance
- Scope Management and Change Control; Change management guidance if needed
- Resource Management
- Dependency Management
- KPI / SLA Tracking
- Program Communications and Program Administration incl. Tools and Knowledge Mgmt.
Main qualifications
- Profound, in-depth experience in Outsourcing Management, ideally in IT-Program-/Project management in an international environment
- Well-founded program know-how with different cultures
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working with Senior management
- Ability to motivate people
- Previous experience in Transition / Outsourcing projects
- Infrastructure know-how
- Flexibility to work / align across different time zones
