Beschreibung
The Service Owner will:- Have the E2E responsibility for the service including definition, scope, design, implementation and operation
- Maintain and prioritize a feature backlog driven from incoming demand and wider CCoE Strategy
- Acts as SPoC for all requests that relate to the service
- Be responsible for ensuring that the service meets or exceeds the agreed service levels
- Originate Squad(s) of technical specialists to develop and enhance the service
- Be accountable for the quality of the service adopting a portfolio view that includes multiple products and channels
- Make sure the necessary business processes are followed
- Participate in the governance of the service, including acting as a point of escalation for the delivery teams
- Communicate the benefits and performance of the service
- Ensure the successful management, operation and continuous improvement of the service, maintaining a roadmap of the service evolution
Skills:
-ITILL Certification
- Product ownership with the ability to use a range of product management principles and approaches
- Can demonstrate an understanding of user-centred design, technology and data perspectives
- Willingness to research and self-study to keep relevant technical skills in a highly complex environment
- Innovative and ability to think outside the box for creative problem solving
- Comfortable working in cross functional and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with great attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience of working in an Agile/Scrum environment
