Salesforce Integration Manager:• Supporting central Rollout Manager in planning and executing technical part of local rollouts
• Communicating, supporting and guiding local organizations with respect to integration requirements and communicate integration-related topics to local rollout teams
• Providing guidance and timeline to local countries for the required local adjustments and keeping track of the status of local implementation
• Deriving technical requirements for integration relevant User Story specification
• Ensuring quality of delivery based on implemented sound development practices
• Collecting, rating and managing issues and risks globally & locally and escalating major problems to project management
• Conflict resolution in case of uncertainty or disagreements
• Ensuring global technical architecture fit to both global application strategy and local environments taking local adaptions and changes into consideration
• Plan and Monitor all Infrastructure (ADFS, O365, Firewall, …) related topic’s.
• Organize, lead and support the E2E Integration Testing Phase.
• Defining, planning, pushing and monitoring technical & integration requirements and activities
• Collaborating with the central development technical team and other IT teams to plan, and implement and monitor technical and integration requirements
