Within the team, all processes have become increasingly complex, but there is no documentation on processes.
The resulting inefficiencies in communication can be eliminated if processes are made available to the whole team in a standardised format.

Task:
- Independet process capture in a standardised format
- Completed process documentation

Requirements:
- at least 3 years experience in process management
- Efficient working methods, strong organizational skills, solution orientation as well as flexibility
- very good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
- confident handling of Signavio or Draw.io
- confident with Lean Management or Six Sigma methods
- Clear communication skills both verbal and written to deal with various stakeholders
- Fluent in English
