Aufgabe:

1. Manage invoice verification process and quality assurance
2. Ensuring that all CATS-approved costs will be allocated to the Service Recipients/Project Managers
3. Dealing with all commercial tasks, in particularly central steering and monitoring process, like CATS system linkage, Purchase Order linkage, Supplier invoicing and escalations and agreements
4. Being a valuable interface in terms of E2E process view
5. Single (trustful) Point of Contact towards Supplier, Purchase department, Controlling and Project Managers
6. Support an efficient and fast invoice approval process
