FFor our client in Berlin (Remote) we are looking for your support!Tasks:
In this role you will be part of the People Advisory team and help our customer with German labour law advisory.
You will handle employee relations cases such as supporting managers and termination processes. Also help out in the DACH market, and support in driving global projects from an HR perspective.

Skills:
Previous background from HR, preferably in an international matrix environment. Used working withEngineering organisations.
• Basic Knowledge of German labour law such as employee
• 3-7 years of work experience
