Site Quality Manager (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Assure the implementation of the Site Quality Plan and Strategy
- Review Subcontractors / Partner quality plans to ensure alignment with the Site Quality Plan
- Provide quality assurance induction training to the site personnel
- Ensure site processes are implemented
- Perform site, sub contactor and supplier audits
- Coordinate and manage Site Inspections including Customer Inspections
- Manage the Site Q Documentation and related approvals
- Guide the close out of open actions (“Site Punch Items”)
Main qualifications
- Proven Quality experience on site or in an industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of Technical Regulations and Standards as well as German special requirements
- Basic IT knowledge (MS Standard Tools and Standard Data Bases)
- Quality Auditor training
- Welding knowledge
- Ability to negotiate with client and authorities
- Ability to read and understand documents written in English
- Negotiation skills in English or German
- In addition, the following competences are beneficial: Quality Auditor Qualification and proven experience, German skills written and spoken, Engineering skills ,Project Management Skills, Welding Certificate / Welding Engineering Degree
