Financial Controller (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- In this position you will be responsible for the financial management of the internal controls
- With your work you will support stakeholders with complex reportings and management information to Business Leadership
- Financial reportings will be made for the Swiss legal entities under local GAAP, but also for international stakeholders (about Cash flow, forecasts, Treasury, and Tax)
- Also you will develop templates for management reportings for financial information to the Directors
- You drive month end close timetable and ensure the accuracy and integrity of accounting records and financial systems
- To take care of Balance Sheets, P&L results, reconciling Intercompany balances on a monthly basis is another part of this role
- For Audits you will coordinate all necessary information and stakeholders
- You also will identify, analyse and resolve potential business risks, connected to SOX and compliance with US GAAP
- Co-ordinating with the tax team to ensure that the financial data is provided and last but not least build, lead and motivate a diverse and effective team is part of the job too
Main qualifications
- You have a financial degree and relevant experience as Financial Controller
- You are used to work in a complex multinational company with hands on experience of managing teams
- You have the ability to define a strategy and also working hands-on
- Great written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation skills are very important for this role
- Fluent German and English skills are a must
- Understanding of Sarbanes Oxley policy and using SAP and Dynamics AX is required
