- Managing the change process within several IT departments
- Creating a plan of how to measure the progress and success of change
- Controlling that ownership of the new processes is established in each department
- Creating a plan of how to measure the implementation the aligned changes and follow up on the delivery
Your profile
- Extensive knowhow in large organazational change projects
- Experience in leading of workshops
- Knowhow of SAFe framework and in establishing measuring plans
- Understanding of communications strategies and how to implement them
- Knowledge and previous experience in implementing Jira would be a benefit
