Dear all,my client is looking for a freelancer from January 2021 on. The planned project duration is 6 months in full time and completely in remote. The following content will explain the main tasks. - Creation of FAQs for contracts with the strategic vendors
- Contract & vendor management
- Project management
- Cooperation with various departments like IT in order to create the most effective FAQs possible
- Design, review and maintain contract contents/documentations to control the compliance and milestone targets
- Review and analysis of contract status regarding negotiated milestones from external vendors
- Legal and IT support in contract terms
- Englisch communication
