Montash have an urgent requirement for an Agile Coach to support a global business.As an Agile Coach, you will be responsible for coaching SCRUM teams and facilitating processes, with a focus on defining an OKR framework.

Role: Agile Coach
Contract Length: Up to 15 months (3 month rolling)
Remote Work: 99-100%
Client Location: International offices across Western Europe including Germany
Start Date: ~ 19th October but flexible
Project Language: English (German beneficial but not vital)
A seasoned Agile Coach is required to work across 2 vertical programs within a global business. The 2 programs are at different stages of their agile implementation but you will be tasked with finding common objectives and aligning strategic goals.
You will set up, coach, train and facilitate SCRUM teams with different levels of maturity. There will be an immediate focus on the low maturity SCRUM teams who have a lack of SCRUM knowledge.
Implementing agile ways of working and connecting and prioritising use cases will also make up part of the role.
This role is best suited to an agile coach who highly values empathy and patience in their coaching.
