- deploys applications to production, trigger migration
- operates software and tools for team environment
- defines, implements, maintains development and test environments
- analyses and solves incidents
- contributes experience and special knowledge for applications, therefore acting as a broker between roles (e.g. business and development)
- defines special requirements for the workplace/client and involve central workplace management
- interfaces with 2nd level support to provide knowledge transfer
- provides 3rd level incident and problem support, as applicable
