- Work closely with European Procurement Leads as well as the Global Media Procurement Lead to ensure that Media operational excellence is achieved in the EMEA region, and a digital transformation roadmap is developed and proposed
- * Develop global methodology and process for agency reporting of media savings and value;
* Audit, highlight and implement areas for improvement to the agency contract commitment tracking process
* Direct agency campaign performance reporting of media activity (monthly and quarterly) in key markets, making sure targets are met and opportunities are quantified i
* Support emerging digital transformation roadmap, confirming commercial deliverables and KPI frameworks are fit-for-purpose
* Develop best in class recommendation for the optimization of the global agency contract T&Cs
* Evaluate and negotiate 2021 agency Scope of Work in local markets and across the region, ensuring agency deliverables and commercial T&Cs are competitive;
* Develop framework and baseline for all commercial elements across the region, covering all Media + Digital Media vehicles;
* Support local media planning due diligence/quality control of local media strategy and planning
* Structure Programmatic Media guidelines and process
* Recommend future media set-up, and support full hand-over to future regional Media Category Europe Lead
