We support our client, a private bank in Zurich, by finding an HR Business Analyst.The engagement of the business analyst will be most likely in the context of the HR Connect application. HR Connect is the new HR business solution powered by the cloud-based technology of Workday.
Tasks
- Being responsible for the technical HR Hotline
- Strong collaboration with the technical SMEs
- Providing professional HR Services with high customer service orientation
- Being a troubleshooter
- Analyse data discrepancies and improve data quality
Requirements
- Profound knowledge in the Workday application especially in the following functional modules
- Workday HCM
- Workday Recruiting
- Workday Learning
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio and Project)
- Analytical and networked thinking as well as high resilience and willingness to learn
- Ability to select and judge relevant information
- Thorough coordination and organization skills
- Independent and accurate working style
- Strong client and quality orientation
- Fluent in German and English (oral and written)
