Stellenbeschreibung:
Consultant Business Analyst to help improve the R&D and Ideas Management Lifecycle for new Consumer Goods. The consultant will act as the go-between between the Product Team and IT Services to support the R&D process of new Consumer Products. The consultant should be experienced in IT systems to support the R&D process like LIMS / Labware / Labview and Project Portfolio software like Planview and Clarify. Improve the R&D process for new Product Innovation through effective IT systems. Support IT Architects and other planners to assess capabilities and identify business requirements. Identify strengths and weakness and suggest areas of improvement. Knowledge of R&D software like LIMS / LabSystems / Labware would be preferred. Please provide your profile in English If possible.

Erforderlich:
c. 5 years experience within Ideas Management, Product development and R &D for consumer goods / Life Science / Health products industry ( mainly material products not software service products ). Experience from using ideation and project / portfolio management tools in product development like Planview and Clarity as well as R&D software - LIMS / LabSystems / Labware.- Fluency and presentation skills in English essential for Stakeholder Buy-In- Good communication skills, presentation skills (in English Language)

Wünschenswert:
Knowledge of any of the following products in the development pipeline would be very nice to have: Project and Portfolio Management: Planview, Medical: ClarityLaboratory services: Labware, LabSystems, LIMSArtwork Management: Esko, Kallik
