Change Manager - Hamburg - Immediate StartClient:
My client is one of the largest privately-owned media businesses globally. They have media assets all over the globe, and work with a portfolio of world-class media and entertainment brands including KISS, Grazia, Empire and Absolute Radio.
They are looking for a Change Manager to join their team in Hamburg ASAP to assist a transformation project that has just initiated and bring the deployment of change to life.
Job Description:
- Building a change network
- Working with the organisation design, finding out where people should be (Stakeholder Mapping)
- You will need to put forward a change strategy (suitable framework), managing and deploying the best practice model
- Working on the communication strategy - bringing the cultural variances and communication together between Germany, the UK and Poland
Requirements:
- Immediate Start
- Appreciation of tech
- Awareness of an Agile environment
- Professionally qualified: ADKAR, Kotter, Prosci
- Fluent German and English
- 18m contract
- Experience in a media and publishing environment is advantageous
