My client specialises in the media and publishing business and have been growing rapidly since 1970. They have been awarded as one of the most up and coming Dutch businesses and are looking to grow their Amsterdam office. For a new IT transformation project, my client needs a Change Manager to assist the project.
Job Description:
- Implementing a new change strategy
- Creating an agile structure for the team to work within
- Creating a communication strategy to build up a rapport with the senior stakeholders
Requirements:
- 100% onsite
- At least 10 years of experience within change management
- A degree focusing on Information Technology
- Fluent Dutch and English
