Beschreibung

Role : Project Manager - Cybersecurity Initiatives
Location : Geneva, Switzerland.
Type of role : 12 months

1. Expected Deliverable(s)

Task 1: Integrated Cybersecurity Service for WHO:
• Work with the vendors and WHO teams globally (regions, countries and technical departments and teams) to prepare, identify and coordinate implementation between external vendors and WHO teams on the deliverables:
o Security Operations Centre (SOC).
o The high and low-level design
o The integration of Event logs into SOC.
o The establishment of the SOC facility.
o The Vulnerability Management Service.
o The Endpoint Detection and Response.
o The implementation of Security Information and Event Management (SIEM).
Task 2: Cloud Security and Identity Governance solutions:
• Coordination and support of ERP toxic combinations report creation and resolving found issues.
• RFP work to help WHO select a suited Cloud Security and Identity Governance provider.

Task 3: Cybersecurity awareness and phishing platform:
• Coordination and support of RFP preparation to identify solution for Cybersecurity awareness trainings and phishing simulation
• Help with evaluation of RFP and coordinate activities resulting from the RFP process.
• Coordinate organization of Cybersecurity awareness events within HQ and regions

2. Essential Knowledge and Skills

• Proven leadership and decision-making skills;
• Proven skills in the areas of project management, planning, organizing, and resourcing, with a careful attention to detail to continuously monitor progress actions and initiatives;
• Ability to adapt and manage deliverables and resources in a climate of change, and to think and act quickly under pressure yet remain effective;
• Ability to effectively collaborate with teams in an international, multi-cultural, multi-disciplinary environment separated by geographical locations and working under different time-zones;
• Ability to promote best practices, advise on improvements, independently perform research, and apply information from a broad range of sources;
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, advocate, motivate, resolve conflict, and adapt relevant leadership styles to a variety of situations;
• Excellent oral and written communication;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Strong supervisory, organizational, management, and consultancy skills; and
• Proactive, flexible, resourceful and able to work independently with limited supervision.

3. Education Qualifications

*Essential
First-level university degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline.
Professional qualification or foundation certification in project management methodologies such as PMI,
Prince 2, & Agile SCRUM.
*Desirable
Certification on Lean, Six Sigma, or ITIL v.3

4. Experience
* Essential
• At least five (5) years of recent professional experience in programme / project planning, management and successful delivery of complex cross-functional or interdependent projects, some of which should be at the global or international level;
• Of which, three (3) years of experience in successfully implementing Cybersecurity and Cloud projects and large application implementation in more than one location/site or projects with a wide end-user base;
• demonstrated professional experience working with senior-level management; and
• proven experience in writing business plans, project-related documentation, and/or technical papers.
• extensive experience in working across multiple time zones without the need for face to face meetings;
