Task:* Be the key point of contact for marketing squads, IT and other stakeholders with regards to all website related topics
* Lead the launch of new websites in close collaboration with marketing and IT
* Enhance the performance of existing websites by improving the UX
* Transfer website / UX / SEO knowledge into marketing squads
* Feedback local country & UX needs into IT developments
* Drive the visibility of our websites by leading SEO projects in line with brand strategy
* Develop transition plans for low traffic websites and consolidate the existing website portfolio
* Derive valuable audience / user insights and identify new opportunities which will drive stronger ROI based on website analytics
* Ensure full compliance with all laws and regulations
* Keep up-to-date with industry best practice and monitor competitor websites
Requirements (Must have):
* Min 3 years of work experience in the Website/UX/SEO Area
* Excellent stakeholder management, experience in international working environment
* Proven expertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and ideally PPC
* Web-tech & analytics fluent and UX savvy (google Analytics, Sistrix, )
* Self-starter able to work autonomously, driving momentum on multiple projects and proactively planning ahead
* Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills
* Ability to translate analytics into action and to communicate on different levels
* Proven time and project management skills with the ability to multi-task
* Ability to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environment
* Collaborative with strong influencing and negotiation skills
* Fluent in German and English
