For our customer in North Rhine-Westphalia we are looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d).
Your Tasks:
- Preparation of project related decisions and design of decision tree's e.g. on Org-Structure
- Preparation the different decision proposals
- Application of selected structure for document Management, Decisions etc.
- Stakeholdermanagement and gathering of information
- Definition of reporting structure
- Use of MS Teams and Azure DevOps to structure daily deliverables and to track tasks
- Prepare Sounding Boards and Project Steering Committees by creating PowerPoints and maintaining the
minutes of meetings.
Your Qualifications:
- Indepth experience in Pre-Project Phases ideally gained as PMO, Project Manager or supporting
Organisational change Projects
- Experience in Digital, Agile, DevOps environments to support the design of the specific delivery Model for
the client
- Ideally experience working with MS Teams and Azure DevOps
- Good German and English skills
