Aufgaben:
* Verwaltung und Weiterentwicklung des Salesforce-Systems (Sales Cloud & Service Cloud)
* Anwenderbetreuung und -schulung
* Umsetzung von Systemanpassungen
* Erstellung von Salesforce Workflows, Reports und Dashboards
* Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Schnittstellen zu anderen Systemen
* Analyse und Dokumentation der Prozesse
* Steuerung externer SFDC-Berater im Rahmen von Implementierungsprojekten
* Optimierung der CRM-Funktionalitäten in enger Kollaboration mit den Usern und den Partnern
Skills:
* Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare berufliche Ausbildung
* 2-3 Jahre Salesforce Erfahrung als Administrator oder Entwickler
* Kenntnisse im agilem Projektmanagement
* Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
* Hohe Sozialkompetenz, selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
* Starke Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Empathie
* Flexibilität und Leistungsbereitschaft
* Salesforce Zertifizierungen, APEX-Programmierung und Visualforce Kenntnisse wünschenswert

We are currently looking for a Salesforce Administrator for one of our clients in the German Bundesliga club.
Start: ASAP
Location: North Rhine-Westphalia
Languages: English, German (at least A2)
Volume: Fulltime
Tasks:
* Administration and further development of the Salesforce-System (Sales Cloud & Service Cloud)
* User Support and training
* Implementation of the system adjustments
* Creation of Salesforce Workflows, Reports and Dashboards
* Support and further development of the interfaces to the other systems
* Analysis and documentation of the processes
* Managing the external SFDC-Consultants within the scope of Implementation Projects
* Optimization of the CRM functionalities in cooperation with Users and Partners
Skills:
* Successfully completed studies in Economic Sciences, Business Informatics or a comparable subject
* 2-3 years of experiences as a Salesforce Administrator/ Developer
* Knowledge in agile Project Management
* German minimum on a A2-Level
* Excellent social skills, independent and structured way of working, high analytical kills
* Strong team spirit,communication skills and pronounced empathy
* Flexibile and motivated
* Salesforce certifications, APEX-Programming und Visualforce knowledge a nice-to-have
