- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the project team
- Develop and maintain project documents
- Maintain project calendar and milestones
- Organize project meetings, record meeting minutes and allocate Actions
- Support project reporting to senior management
- Assist in budgeting, resource planning and vendor management
Your qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in similar positions
- 10+ years of experience in a project-related environment
- Knowledge of the best practices and industry standards for project management (PMI, IPMA, PRINCE2)
- Excellent presentation skills
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Slack, and SharePoint would be an asset
- Hands-on experience with agile approach (Scrum, Kanban) would be a benefit
