Should have around 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst out of which at least 4 years of Exp as BA on Cloud Craze platform.Should have strong understanding of the Cloud Craze platform and its functionalities
Should also be knowing Salesforce and its ecosystem very well
Hands on experience configuring Salesforce including workflows, validation rules, and security controls is an added advantage
Should be able to interact with Business stake holders, capture requirments and document them
Experience working in an Agile environment required.
