• Work with Front End Sales, Account Team to promote ICS Solution to customers & increase the wallet share of Tech Mahindra• Enable Sales Team to be successful to sale Tech Mahindra’s ICS Solutions & Platform,
• Being the Single Point of Contact for Sales Team in your region where ICS Solution is Major portion to create the winnable solution
• Work with Offshore (India) & Global Solution Team to develop, build, create the overall ICS Solution
• Own & lead the RFI/RFP process end to end & create a Winnable Solution till Contract Closure
• Penetrate Tech Mahindra ICS Solutions to new & existing customers to increase the wallet share
• Work with Regional Delivery Head for Delivery Assurance & obtain sign-off for effort estimation
• Work with Multiple Unit of Tech Mahindra to create an overall solution where multi competency is involved
• Lead the Proposal Defense (Build the PPT, Price Model, Dry Run, Present to Customer)
• Adherence to laid out process
• Work with Partners to get the competitive price
• Build, Sustain & Maintain the Partner Relationship
• Will own a Sales Target to be measured at end the of Financial Year
Expertise required
• Higher Education Diploma in Computer Science
• At least 10 years of experience in providing IT service engineering services to large groups and in complex contexts.
• Skills in :
- Elaboration of IT infrastructure solutions,
- Cloud Technologies,
- Data Center transformation: Data center and Cloud,
- Pricing of the different pricing models,
- Solution from different OEMs (HP, DELL).
• ITIL certification (a plus)
• Travel is to be expected in continental Europe and even internationally.
• Be bilingual in French,
• Speak and write English fluently.
