JOB DESCRIPTION:Your duties:
• Telephone contact with our clients in German in the process of car damage claims (incoming calls)
• Commencement of accident damage proceedings
Required:
• Fluency in German
• Minimum one year of experience in customer service (front office, by phone)
• Experience or education in insurance is welcome
As a member of our team we offer:
• Stable employment based on a 12-month full-time employment contract followed by an indefinite contract
• A solid and transparent 3-weeks training program in Poland and Switzerland, as well as development opportunities in the area of insurance
• Work from Monday to Friday (without night and weekend shifts) between 8:00 and 17:00
Salary: PLN 6500 gross base +500gross bonus
