For a project at our client's site, a Financial client based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced
Senior Test Manager / Team Lead
In this role, you will act as the Manager of a testing team of 6 people. You will overview all testing activities, set new targets and question the status quo. You will have Line Management responsibilities.
Your Qualifications:
- Senior Test Manager with conceptual understanding in testing finance products and processes
- Strong testing expertise and know-how of best practice in testing
- Very good skills in managing, coaching and supporting team members
- Excellent communication skills, can lead daily stand-up meetings
- Experience in communicating with ticket / delivery receiving projects and colleagues regarding due dates and status of test ticket delivery
- Familiar with ensuring delivery and delivery of work / testing tickets on time
- Fluent in English, German is an advantage
Your Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all testing activities and managing the testing team of 6 people
- People management including target setting, target achievement definition, jointly with next higher manager / CIO
- Run daily standup meetings and prioritizing and assigning work / testing tickets to own testing experts
- 1st escalation contact in case of late / non / wrong delivery / testing
- Responsible for change Control Board as quality gate with Go / No-Go decision on release deployment (i.e. holistic status overview on all test status of change requests)
