My client who is the largest and most broadly based healthcare company in the world is looking to hire an experienced support engineer for a 6 motnh's contract + extension for their location in ZuchwillThe are looking for someone who will be responsible for:
-L2/L3 support for manufacturing applications in a regulated environment (including coordination with 3rd parties vendors)
-Periodical maintenance of manufacturing applications
-Support documentation for manufacturing applications
-Incident management (including coordination between various global JJT teams)
-Change management
-Product owner of manufacturing applications sites including:
o Application roadmap
o Application lifecycle mgmt.
o Application reliability mgmt.
o Maintenance contract mgmt..
o Potential related projects/minor upgrades coordination
If you have...:
- A Master and/or Bachelor Degree in , Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics OR - equivalent through experience
-5+ years experience in a support/product owner role of manufacturing applications in a regulated environment
-Advanced course work in technical systems plus continued education in technical disciplines is preferred
-You are fluent in German and English
