Mandatory Skills - Business Analysis and requirement gathering, Scrum Agile way of working

1. Business Analysis, mapping client requirements to MS CRM terminologies.
2. Able to understand CRM in detail.
3. Should have knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM modules.
4. Sales Module.
5. Understand existing systems and map functionalities to new system to be built.
6. User story writing.
