We are currently looking for a Strategic Development Specialist (m/f/d) supporting our client out of the financial area.There is an internal portal used as Access Request & Approval & Provisioning tool. This tool is based on One Identity product. There are many customised codes have been built to fulfill requirements of business. Further improvements are needed:
- Pre-population of an existing access
- Performance of the loading form
- Realignment of the menu to support a better user journey
- Enhancement of user delegation function, allowing different persons to raise request on behalf of users.
- etc.
For these improvement, the client need to build up a small team who take care of the end to end SDLC.
Requirements:
- Experience in implementation projects concerning Identity and Access Management Tools, especially for One Identity Manager
- Business Analysis and requirements engineering in the context of Dell One Identity Manager customizations and enhancements
- Technical Solution Design (High Level Design & Low Level Design) and implementation documentation
- Implement the solution (coding) in One Identity. Therefore 2 year experience of One Identity coding is required.

- Deep knowledge of Dell One Identity Manager (incl. implementation skill)
- Microsoft SQL Server
- Identity & Access Management
- Test Management by HP ALM (basic)
- Documentation Management (Technical design document) (advanced)
- Documentation High/Low Level Design (advanced)
- Development Planning & Estimating (advanced)
- Use Cases Design (advanced)
- German & English (experienced)
