Beschreibung

As a Solution Consultant, you are responsible for leading the definition and specification of customer solutions. The solutions are based on DynaCommerce’ omnichannel, multiplay Sales and Delivery Orchestration Product Omnius.

• You work closely with key stakeholders in translating the needs of the business to enable delivery of successful IT and business change.
• You will analyze customer business requirements and define the end-to-end customer solution based on the product capabilities.
• Together with the Project Manager you will work on defining project scope and guide effort estimations for the delivery organization.
• You will be involved in intensive customer communication in order to understand and align customer requirements.
• You are overall responsible for the technical solution from initial customer conversations and requirements until final delivery and go-live.
• As such you are also responsible that the proposed solution can be implemented with the least effort, risk and budget based on the Omnius product.
• To analyze, document and ensure the client requirements. Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, task and workflow analyze, stakeholders mapping.
• Analyze and document business requirements and translate these to functional specification and design and map these to technology.
• Make presentations/demonstrations/ Proof of Concepts (POCs) to stakeholders.
• Serve as the conduit between the customer community (internal and external customers) and the software development team through which requirements flow.
• Effectively communicate with internal teams and customers clients to deliver functional requirements like GUI, screen and interface designs.
• To estimate costs, conduct requirement analysis including technical and commercial feasibility analysis. Estimate and present costs, schedules, and business risks associated with specific situations. Determine and verify business requirements and functional specifications for projects
• Get buy-in on functionality that affect multiple stakeholders across various business communities through the appropriate channels (ad-hoc calls, emails, raised in specific forums).
• Lead workshops and business discussions to clarify issues, promote existing capabilities/ functionality (with emphasis on minimum customization) and filter out non-strategic/ unacceptable requirements.

In cooperation with Product Management you will help to define the evolution of the product and ensure that customer projects can be implement with the least budget possible.
