We are looking for an “Operational Excellence Consultant (m/f/d)” for our customer in the energy sector with the following basic conditions:Start: asap
Duration: 4 months+
Location: Duesseldorf
Tasks:
• Professional advice and proactive engagement throughout the project in the Financial Controlling Team, mainly in Düsseldorf.
• Preparation and execution of activities such as, but not exclusively, capturing Voice of Business requirements; define value proposition; prioritize objectives; process observations, visualization and analysis; gap-analysis between current state process and future state requirements; data-analysis identifying and confirming improvement areas; solution proposals and piloting; process measurements to monitor improvement, progress and sustainability.
• Deliver OE methodology training and instruction.
• Professional consulting driving the OE way of working, to increase the awareness, understanding of the toolbox and willingness to deploy it
• Prepare, customize and co-facilitate workshops to the colleagues from Financial Controlling Team
• Define and track action plans -the progress and completion of the actions are monitored and reported
Requirements:
• The business language is English. German language skills are appreciated though.
• Operational Excellence experience
