We are looking for external support. We are looking for a Senior License Manager m/w/d in Essen for a year-round assignment.The role is responsible for project based handling, tracking and transferring licenses between organizational units / legal entities.
Responsibilities & Tasks:
Project based License- and demand management
Manage license transfers between legal entities within a M&A scenario
Project Support of contract negotiations and preparatory work for the procurement team
Skills & Profile:
Software Asset Management experience (5 years min)
Experience with Microsoft and Oracle Enterprise contracts and licenses
Understanding of tasks surrounding carve-outs / M&A (e.g. contract consolidation)
Coordinate with senior management and prepare forecasts
Resolve complex issues with help from procurement, legal and finance teams
Analyze and recommend improvements to all internal procedures and implement same
Languages:
German & English fluent!
