• Gather service done by the team distinguished between SW Update (4.7.8.a), Router Swap and Router Integration (4.7.1) and TDM Swap Out (4.7.2)
• Attend on weekly planning calls
• Visiting the team frequently
• Gather all commercial values and report
• Track POs correlating to Work done (Accounts emarketplace necessary)
• Discuss with end-client responsibilities process lacks and find solutions
• Ensure the team is working accordingly
• Check for night shift compensation
• Align ressources corresponding to planned work
• Frequently check Planning data
• Fluency in German language
