A Swiss Private Bank is looking for a Senior Global AML Policies & Standards Officer (f/m).Start Date: asap

Tasks:
- Design and implementation of global Financial Crime policy framework elements, e.g. drafting policies and procedures for specific AML areas such as KYC, AntiMoney Laundering, Counter Terrorist Financing, AntiBribery and Corruption, etc.
- Lead the validation process for new concepts with national and international Compliance officers via small working groups or global consultations.
- Run and assess the impact of change initiatives into existing processes and prepare adequate implementation concepts.
- Actively participate in global AML calls and trainings.
- Provide input as subject matter expert in Risk and Compliance projects such as holistic monitoring, consolidated supervision, control framework, etc.
- Work with key partners to implement technological solutions and systems.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's or master’s degree in Law, Finance or Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in Compliance in Private Banking with a focus on Money Laundering prevention and Financial - Crime at Swiss, European and/or Asian Banks.
- Proven experience in change initiatives or projects within the AML Compliance space, paired with strong conceptual skills.
- Rounded knowledge of different Private Banking client types, e.g. trusts, foundations, domiciliary companies, complex structures, etc.
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
