We are recruiting for a Project Manager - Primary Packaging/ Drug Delivery Devices (Polymers/Glass) for our Medical Device client in Switzerland.Responsibilities:
- Execute complex technical roadmaps from conception through to market launch
- Lead and drive a team of experts in CAD and functional testing and deliver design control process documents.
- Plan technical work packages together with your team of experts and deliver them according to quality, delivery and cost targets
- Conduct project technical feasibility assessments.
- As a device expert, you develop new products and technologies and secure their IP - intellectual property.
- Identify risks on the critical functionalities of new packaging.
- You have an excellent knowledge on regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- University degree in Life Science or Engineering (e.g. pharmaceutical engineering, biotechnology, mechanical engineering, materials engineering, chemical engineering etc.)
- 5+ years of working experience in product development
- Expertise in the development of primary and secondary packaging and in polymer and/or glass technologies.
- Knowledge and experience with design control process and GMP according to 21 CFR 820, ISO 13485 and ISO 15378.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) and in German (written and spoken)
- Ability to lead, organize and motivate a team of experts
- Creativity and ability to generate intellectual property
