Key Responsibilities- Work with Finance and IT to analyse, design and document processes, procedures and controls for intragroup service management
- Document data models and write business requirements in an agile development environment
- Analyse requirements and propose solution options as basis for senior management decisions
- Support the transition of business requirements on the IGSM technical platform
- IT test case documentation and execution
- Support project handover and embed in BAU
