- Coordination of internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects
- Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years of agile project management or product management experience and sound knowledge in managing and supporting software development processes.
- Strong communication skills and ability to actively drive projects, breaking down complex problems into manageable, structured work packages and effectively manage stakeholders expectations:
- You thrive in an international environment and are fluent in verbal and written English.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels including the executive level
- Solid understanding of and demonstrated experience in using appropriate Agile Project Management tools such as Microsoft Azure DevOps (VSTS), HP ALM or equivalent
- Agile – Planning and facilitation of the various project meetings and artefacts, including Scrum sprint planning, reviews & retrospectives, daily standups, project status meetings and so on.
