Michael Bailey Associates is now recruiting for a IT Project Manager in London for an initial 6 Months contract role within the Oil and Gas Sector.The role includes supporting the progress tracking and reporting process, including drafting materials for governance and leadership meetings, plus bespoke reports.
The ideal candidate must have
- Bachelors degree in any discipline with professional Project Management certification preferred.
- Minimum 8+ years' work experience, 6+years of experience in IT project management preferred.
- Has knowledge of project management methodologies, capable of implementing those to practical situations.
- Should have experience tracking deliverables, monitoring KPI adherence.
- Should have experience on devising methods to improve compliance scores and providing accurate and transparent reporting to management, including drafting of materials for governance and leadership meetings.
- Should be familiar with concepts of resource tracking, allocation, demand management quantities of complex data. Preference for an individual that has worked within the financial services and/or commodity trading industry.
- Tightly controls the data collection processes across projects, operating stringent quality control. Provides input to the Programme Director and other stakeholders on financials and project health, able to draft plans on non-compliant items
