Beschreibung
Für unseren Kunden mit Standort in der Nähe von Siegen bin ich dringend auf der Suche nach einem Site Controller/Finance Manager (m/w/d) mit sehr guten Englischkenntnissen.Principal Responsibilities:
- To manage and prepare accurate US GAAP and local German statutory accounting (HGB) including upload into HFM (Hyperion)
- To undertake and manage business planning, budgeting, forecasting activity as and when required in partnership with the whole local leadership team
- To maintain narratives for financial closing, expenses, capital expenditures and other business related processes
- To establish performance measurement objectives and development plans for direct reports. Review performance periodically.
- To be responsible for month- and year-end closing procedure and forecast
- To manage working capital and prepare the monthly cash flow reports and forecasts
- To provide all documents for internal and external audits and to be main contact for external, internal, customs and tax audits
- To ensure compliance with internal financial and policies
- To manage contacts with external parties, such as auditors, consultants, banks and insurance companies
- To advise management and assist in the preparation of capital expenditure requests and expense requests
- To ensure accurate inventory and cost accounting including the development of standard costs annually.
- To ensure compliance with SOX and the company´s policy, business unit policy, safety and quality program requirements for the site operation
- To build up and maintain an effective internal controlling system
- To assist or manage various ad hoc finance projects
Qualifications/Experience :
- Manufacturing experience
- Inventory and Cost Accounting experience
- Proven experience in global and US business and accounting Practices (US GAAP)
- Very good written and verbal communication skills; both in German and in English
- Good knowledge in MS office (Excel) and preferebly with BaaN and Varial
- Experience with Hyperion Enterprise of HFM

- Projektstart: AB SOFORT in Vollzeit, 3-Tage/Woche ist auch noch möglich
- Dauer: bis Ende des Jahres, mit der Option zu verlängern
