A Swiss Private Bank is looking for a Project Lead / PMO - Advisory Solutions (AS) Transformation Project within the package (direct distribution to clients similar to Asia for Q2 / Q3 outlook) incl. legal assessments / approvals, IT tool evaluation, leverage of other external channels, front negotiation for client data transfer.Start Date: asap

Tasks:
- Project Management (planning, tracking, reporting, stakeholder management, risk/issue management, budgeting etc.).
- Conceptual work and providing presentations and documents for all phases of the project.
- Monitoring and Tracking of the Deliverables, Milestones and Working Packages.
- Coordination of meetings, telephone and video conferences, meeting minutes.
- Support coordination of stakeholders.
- Support training and communication.
- Coordination with other projects.
- Quality Assurance.
- Special tasks.
Requirements:
- Ability to provide management adequate level of presentations, document.
- Experienced project manager in the financial industry / banking.
- Good combination of Project Management/PMO, legal know-how, marketing, and IT.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Any other additional language is an asset.
Soft Skills:
- Need to be up and running in no time.
- Good communication skills, familiar in communication with (senior) management.
