Incident- and Risk Manager wanted for our Luxembourg based client in the banking sector.Your experience/skills:
- Practice as an Incident Manager or Risk Manager in an organisation with large and complex information systems
- Know-how of core banking system T24 along with ability to work in a dynamic and multi-cultural environment
- Capability to handle and perform in stressful situations and stay calm under pressure
- Understanding of ITIL V3 processes and principals is advantageous
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German, French and Spanish are a big plus
Your tasks:
- Ensuring logging of the incident from start to resolving as well as tracking task of involved Support Organisations
- Providing input for updating Incident Manager Documentation
- Notifying influenced stakeholders at various stages
- Supporting IT Teams and Subject Matter Experts in the Risk Management Process
- Managing Risk Remediation and Mitigation along with Issue Risk Reports
