We are currently looking for a Trainer / Coach to advice on a new Digital learning strategy

Background

The client is seeking an experienced training manager to advise Digital learning
and development strategy, setting up a Life Long Learning Concept aligned to both
Digital Competencies and training across the Accounting and Financial
Controlling function. The consultant will be passionate about learning and excited
about the prospect of setting up a long-term learning programme for the organisation.
Based on the client's 2025 strategic digital vision, existing training methods need to be
evaluated, reworked and modern training standards be implemented to meet target '
audience related requirements. A Life Long Learning Concept to educate staff
with regard to digital competencies and
training shall be implemented to reflect modern training methods. Initially, the new training
approach will be piloted in the functional areas of Accounting and
financial controlling.
Task:
- Identification of Digital Competencies and Training Approach, consult senior management team
on how to align approach with strategic client s '2025 Digital vision
- Create and design Life Long learning concept - hollistic approach overarching tailored
functional area specific educational needs
- Assess and analyse training requirements for each functional area
- Develop training solutions that meet business needs
- Create time line for learning approach
- Identify and set up pilot group for new training approach
- Coordinate pilot of Digital capabilities across the A and FC functional teams
- Rollout of Digital capabilities across the functional areas in a phased approach
- Analyze established training processes and consult with regard to increase processes efficiency
- Identify functional areas for further roll out of new training approach
- Assess Training vendors and courses to deliver training aligned with overall target strategy and approach
Skills:
- Knowledge of learning and development best practices
- A proven track record of training program development and management,
exposure to digital training programmes a distinct advantage
- Excellent management skills and ability to engage groups of various levels
- Ideally, a bachelor's degree in Education, human resources or a related discipline or
equivalent working experience
- Professional training certification is preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills - both German and English
