Technical Program Manager wanted for our Zurich based client.Your experience/skills:
- BA/BS Degree and at least +4' years of work experience in a Partner Management or B2B support role
- Profound Project Management background, combined with working across cross-functional teams
- Competency to lead multiple projects with competing priorities while working independently to drive projects to completion
- Capability to provide effective and pro-active communication to various stakeholders and a good command of effective problem-solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Languages: Fluent French and English skills both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Assisting partners in integrating their data and giving them high touch technical support
- Consulting affiliates on the best way to integrate with the company's product by understanding how their data is structured
- Patching, escalating and responding to product support requests from partnership teams as well as leveraging internal tools, logs and data to identify troubleshoot issues
- Connecting the Technical Services Product and Tools Operations, internal Product/Engineering and Development teams by arranging operating processes, reporting cadence and ongoing communications with stakeholders
- Building operational tools, expertise on new processes and tracking applications
- Analyzing and reporting on relevant partner or support Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including optimizing and seeking to reduce cost through tool or process improvements
