NextLink is looking for a IT Consult & Design Complaint Management lead to work in Brussels, Belgium for pharmaceutical company.

Scope

1.Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines and standard accepted practices.
2. Support business users in delivery of end user training
3. Create functional specifications for application development objects (interfaces, conversions, enhancements and reports and forms) and guide the development of those programs within the development team.
4. Coordination with the global team on all change
5. In-depth understanding of SAP HCM functionality
6. Knowledge on LSMW and BDC.
7. Knowledge on IDOCS and XML message with interface failure and work with third party teams to fix the issues.

Technical skills

Good understanding of the SAP HCM Functional modules
Should have 4-5 years of experience as SAP HCM Consultant
Sound knowledge of SAP HCM Business Processes which includes Personnel Administration , Organizational Management, Time Management, Talent Management, Payroll, Employees Self Services and Manager Self
Service etc. is must.
Must have strong understanding of SAP Organizational Structure/Units, Time Constraints
Must have strong understanding of SAP Payroll Processing & Time Management (Positive & Negative Time). Knowledge of Belgium & France Payroll
Exposure to Schema, Rules & Features
Good knowledge of the integration points between HCM with other SAP Modules like FICO, PP, PM, PS etc.
Mandatory to have deep knowledge of related InfoTypes, Master Data, Business Process Scenarios.
Should also have configuration experience using IMG, SPRO and Solution Manager.
Have strong soft skills like interpersonal skills, team skills, and communication skills both verbal and written.
Language: French and english

Good to have skills

Creating/changing work schedule (part timers)
Creating custom infotype or creating a new field to be included in the standard infotype
