Solution Architect with profound REST Services knowledge wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.Your experience/skills:
- Higher education in Computer Science or Business Informatics coupled with demonstrated proficiency as a Solution Architect in front technologies, including expertise in IT operations, Agile Methodology, Software Development Lifecycle and System Architecture
- Profound experience with IT security standards and web applications architecture and development coupled with a proven track record in project delivery with skills in digital transformation, automation and straight through processing solutions
- Competency of defining, documenting and validating logical as well as physical architecture applying relevant enterprise and bank defined standards with the ability to translate complex concepts into multiple architectural perspectives
- Experience in SOA, data analytics, multi-channel services, event management, Enterprise Service Bus integration, REST/API integration, Containers and Micro services
- Knowledge in DevOps, JIRA and other state-of-the-art Agile collaboration tools coupled with advanced MS Office skills, particularly Power Point, Excel and Word
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German is a plus
Your tasks:
- Handling Stakeholder Management, including interacting with our partners from central architecture, security etc.
- Preparing Decision Board (e.g. STC) in terms of architectural items and specifying conceptual and logical architectures to meet strategic business, financial, and technology objectives
- Assisting solution development and demonstrating technical feasibility through mechanisms including proof-of-concepts within bank providers
- Providing architectural support, ensuring the solutions are technically viable and consider harmonisation in landscape as well as collaborating with business and technical teams to ensure successful rollout
- Validating functional and non-functional requirements, adjusting the design appropriately, providing effort estimates, conducting evaluation of new technology platforms and components and acting as primary interface to vendors
- Developing standards, patterns, and best practices for reuse and acceleration
